Once the above content is officially released, the company will remind you to read it in a timely manner in an appropriate manner (website announcement, system notification, etc.). The above-mentioned relevant agreements and rules constitute an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by them.

2. Use of "Audio Editor" and Related Services

(1) You can use the "Audio Editor" and related services by obtaining the "Audio Editor" client application or visiting Audio Editor related websites through pre-installation, downloading from a third party authorized by the Company, etc. If you do not obtain this from the Company or a third party authorized by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of the "Audio Editor" can be used normally, and the losses you suffer as a result have nothing to do with the Company.

(2) The Company may develop different application versions for different terminal devices. You should obtain, download and install the appropriate version according to the actual device conditions.

(3) You can use the "Audio Editor" and related services or update the "Audio Editor" version according to your own needs. If you no longer need to use the "Audio Editor" and related services, you can uninstall it yourself.

(4) In order to better improve user experience and services, the Company will provide updates or changes (including but not limited to modifications, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, replacements, etc.) from time to time. In order to ensure the security of the "Audio Editor" and related services and improve user services, after the and related services are updated or part of the service content is updated, the company will, if possible, notify users through methods including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, and in-site messages. (7) The company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-commercial legal use of the "Audio Editor". All other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are reserved by the Company. You must obtain the Company&£039;s written permission when exercising such rights. If the Company does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

(8) You can start using the "Audio Editor" and related services without registration.

3. About "Account"

(1) "Audio Editor" provides users with a registration channel. Users have the right to choose a legal character combination as their own account and set a password that meets security requirements. (2) You understand and promise that the account you set shall not violate national laws and regulations and the company&£039;s relevant rules. (3) Your registered account in "Audio Editor" is limited to your own use. Without the written consent of the Company, you are prohibited from giving, lending, renting, transferring, selling or otherwise authorizing others to use the account. If the Company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, in order to protect the security of the account, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account, or cancel the account.

(4) You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and bear all legal responsibility for the activities you engage in under the name of your registered account, including but not limited to any data modification, speech publication, payment and other operations you perform on "Audio Editor". You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password, and do not disclose your account and password to others under any circumstances. If you find that someone else is using your account without permission or any other security vulnerability occurs, you should notify the Company immediately.

(5) If your account loses or forgets your password, you can follow the Company&£039;s complaint channel to promptly file a complaint to retrieve your account or password. You understand and acknowledge that the Company&£039;s password retrieval mechanism only needs to identify the consistency between the information filled in the complaint form and the system record information, and cannot identify whether the complainant is the real account authorized user. The company specifically reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you have finished using the , you should exit safely. If your account is stolen or your password is lost due to improper storage or other force majeure factors, you will be solely responsible.

(6) When registering, using and managing your account, you should ensure the authenticity of the identity information you fill in when registering your account. Please use true, accurate, legal and valid relevant identity certification materials and necessary information (including but not limited to your address, contact number, contact address, etc.) when registering and managing your account. In accordance with national laws and regulations, in order to use some functions of this and services, you need to fill in your true identity information. (7) You understand and agree that, in addition to logging in and using the "Audio Editor" and related services, you can also use the "Audio Editor" account to log in and use other and services provided by the Company, its affiliates or other partners. If you log in and use the aforementioned services with the "Audio Editor" account, you shall also be subject to the "User Agreement" and other agreement terms of other and service providers.

(8) If your account is stolen or lost due to malicious attacks by others or due to your own reasons or other force majeure, you shall be responsible for it, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility.

(9) You understand that in order to make full use of account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time after registration or fail to log in to an idle account for more than six consecutive months, the Company has the right to recover your account at any time. If your account is recovered, you may not be able to log in and use the "Audio Editor" and related services through your previous account, and any personalized settings and usage records saved under your account will not be restored. Before reclaiming your account, the company will remind you in an appropriate manner. If you still do not log in or use your account within a certain period after receiving the relevant reminder, the company will reclaim your account. If your account is reclaimed, you can register a new account to log in and use the "Audio Editor" and related services. You will still be bound by the relevant terms of this Agreement if you register a new account and log in and use it.

4. User Personal Information Protection

6. Personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

7. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(6) Please be careful not to disclose your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords and other important information when using the "Audio Editor" and related services, otherwise any losses caused by this will be borne by you.

(7) Considering that the "Audio Editor" and related services may include or link to information or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. You know and understand that third parties operating such services may ask you to provide personal information. The company specifically reminds you that you need to carefully read the user agreements, privacy policies and other relevant terms of such third parties, properly protect your personal information, and only provide it to such third parties when necessary. 5. Guarantee

The user agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of this product and is responsible for paying attorney fees, damage compensation fees, government agency penalties and other infringement compensation fees caused by the user&£039;s violation of these terms of service or other terms of service.

6. Dealing with breach of contract

(1) In response to your violation of this Agreement or other terms of service, the company has the right to independently judge and take measures such as advance warning, immediate stop transmitting information, audio, video and other content, restrict some or all functions of the account, or permanently close the account as appropriate. . The company has the right to announce the results of the processing and decide whether to resume use based on the actual situation. Relevant records will be kept for suspected violations of laws and regulations, or suspected illegal crimes, and will be reported to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law and cooperate with the investigations of the relevant competent authorities. The company reserves the right not to return deleted content.

(2) If a third party complains or makes a claim due to your violation of this Agreement or other terms of service, you shall bear all legal responsibilities. If the company and its affiliates,controlling companies, and successor companies make compensation to any third party or are punished by state agencies due to your illegal or breach of contract, you shall also fully compensate the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and successor companies for any losses suffered as a result. of total losses.

(3) The company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests of legal persons and citizens. You guarantee that the text, video, audio, links, etc. uploaded when using the "Audio Editor" and related services will not infringe any third party&£039;s intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other rights and legitimate rights and interests. Otherwise, the company has the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receipt of notification from the rights holder or relevant party. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for all claims made by third parties; if your infringement causes the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and successor companies to suffer losses (including but not limited to economic, goodwill, etc. losses) , you should also fully compensate the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and successor companies for all losses suffered.

7. Change, interruption and termination of services

(1) You understand and agree that the "Audio Editor" and related services provided by the company are provided according to the status quo that the existing technology and conditions can achieve. The company will do its best to provide you with services and ensure service continuity and security. You understand that the company cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects and other intrusions from various security issues. Service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks.

(2) You understand and agree that, in order to meet the needs of the overall operation of the service, the company has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend or terminate the "Audio Editor" and related services after announcement and notification, without being responsible or liable for any compensation to users.

8. Intellectual Property

For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that the grant of the above rights includes the right and permission to use, copy and display your personal image, portrait, name, trademark service mark, brand, name, logo and company mark (if any) and any other brand, marketing or promotional assets that you own or are licensed to use and embed in the content.

(4) You confirm and agree to authorize the Company to protect the rights of the content uploaded and published by you in its own name or by entrusting a professional third party to protect the rights of the content that infringes your intellectual property rights. The forms of protection include but are not limited to: monitoring infringements, sending protection letters, filing lawsuits or arbitration, mediation, reconciliation, etc. The Company has the right to make decisions on protection matters and implement them independently.

(5) The Company provides technical support for the development and operation of "Audio Editor" and has full rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of "Audio Editor" and related services.

(6) Please do not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names or other significant brand features of the Company, including but not limited to "Audio Editor" (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Logos"), etc., without permission under any circumstances. Without the prior written consent of the Company, you may not display, use or apply for trademark registration, register domain names, etc., the aforementioned logos in this clause alone or in combination, nor may you express or imply to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle these logos. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for any losses caused to the Company or others due to your use of the above-mentioned trademarks, logos, etc. of the Company in violation of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer

(1) You understand and agree that the "Audio Editor" and related services may be affected or disturbed by a variety of factors, and the company does not guarantee (including but not limited to):

1. The company is fully suitable for the user&£039;s use requirements;

2. The company is not disturbed, timely, safe, reliable or error-free; any , services or other materials obtained by the user through the company meet the user&£039;s expectations;

3. Any errors in the will be corrected.

(2) For network information involving borrowing or other property-related information, account password advertisements or promotions, users should be cautious and make their own judgments. Based on the above reasons, you suffer any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive compensation for the loss of profits, business reputation, data or other tangible or intangible losses.

(6) The user clearly understands and agrees that this agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. The company will make its best efforts to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but it does not guarantee that the company&£039;s judgment is completely consistent with the judgment of judicial and administrative agencies. If the consequences arise, the user has understood and agreed to bear them.

10. Others

(1) The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of mainland China. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with the laws of mainland China, such provisions shall be re-interpreted as close to the original meaning of this Agreement as possible, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall still have full force and effect.

The modified content will constitute an integral part of this Agreement and you shall comply with it. If you have any objection to the modified Agreement, please immediately stop logging in and using the "Audio Editor" and related services. If you log in or continue to use the "Audio Editor" and related services, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified Agreement.

(4) The titles in this Agreement are for convenience and reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this Agreement.

(5) You and the Company are independent entities. Under no circumstances does this Agreement constitute any form of express or implied warranty or condition of the Company to the user, and there is no agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the two parties.

(6) The copyright of this Agreement belongs to the Company. To the extent permitted by law, the Company reserves all rights to interpret and modify it.
